In short: Photorama collects no data. Your photos, videos, locations, faces and the names you give stay on your iPhone and are never sent anywhere, neither to us nor to anyone else.
Photorama is published by Lucas Valanchauskas EI, a sole trader in France (full details in the legal notice). For any question: [email protected].
To build your stories, Photorama reads your photo library with the permission you grant, and everything is computed on the iPhone:
These results are stored in the app's private space on your iPhone, so that nothing has to be redone each time you open it. The widgets read a few photos and texts prepared by the app, in a space shared with them on the same iPhone. Photorama never modifies, deletes or moves your photos.
If your photos are in iCloud, iOS may download a picture from iCloud when the app needs it: this download is handled by Apple, between your iPhone and your iCloud account, just like in the Photos app.
When you tap “Share”, the image is created on the iPhone and handed to the app you pick in the iOS share sheet (Messages, Instagram…). What happens next is up to that app.
If you accept, the app schedules an end-of-month reminder on the iPhone. It is a local notification: it goes through no server.
The “Photorama Complete” purchase is handled entirely by Apple, on the App Store. We never receive your name, email address or payment details: only the aggregated sales figures Apple provides to every developer. Apple's privacy policy applies to that payment.
Deleting the app erases everything it stored. You can also revoke its access to your photos at any time in Settings › Apps › Photorama › Photos.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them once the conversation is over, at the latest after three years. You can ask at any time to access them or have them erased, and you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical data needed to serve it (such as your IP address), under its own privacy policy.
Photorama collects no data, including from children. The app is rated 13+ on the App Store.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date. Should the app ever collect any data, we would say so here first, and on the App Store listing.
